SEO that earns rankings — and keeps them when search changes.
SEO is the work of making your website the best answer to what your customers search for: technically sound, genuinely useful, and trusted by other sites. We run all three parts in-house, and we build every campaign to survive algorithm updates rather than chase them.
Why your SEO is not producing enquiries — and what we change
Almost every business that comes to us is already “doing SEO”. Someone is publishing blogs, someone ran an audit two years ago, the rankings report looks busy. The enquiries have not moved. In nine cases out of ten the reason is not effort — it is that the effort is aimed at keywords the business cannot win, or cannot sell against.
We start by separating what is broken from what is simply pointed the wrong way. Both get fixed, but they are different problems and most agencies only sell you one of them.
| What is holding you back | What we do about it |
|---|---|
| Ranking only for your own brand name | We build a non-branded keyword map you can realistically win, then execute it |
| Traffic that never converts | We re-target the campaign at buying-intent terms rather than volume |
| Technical issues throttling every page | Crawl, indexation, speed and schema fixed first, before content spend |
| Content nobody links to or cites | We publish material with original data and honest comparisons, then earn links to it |
| Pages competing with each other | Cannibalisation audit and consolidation — one page per intent |
| Invisible in AI answers | Answer-first restructuring so AI Overviews and ChatGPT can quote you |
Quatro Gymnastics had healthy-looking organic traffic and almost no non-branded acquisition. Twelve months later non-branded search was 85% of sessions and revenue had doubled — the case study is published with the numbers.
Quick self-check: is your SEO actually working?
- Most of your organic traffic is people searching your business name
- Your rankings report looks good but enquiries have not changed
- You publish blogs but cannot say which ones produced revenue
- Nobody has looked at your technical health in the last year
- You have never checked what ChatGPT or AI Overviews say about your category
- Your agency reports positions but not leads
Three or more and your SEO is producing activity, not customers. The free audit separates the two and tells you which keywords are actually winnable for you.

What’s included
The full stack, not a checklist.
Technical SEO
Crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, and site architecture. The unglamorous fixes that make everything else work — done first, not sold as an add-on.
Keyword strategy
Research based on what your buyers actually type and ask, mapped to pages with a realistic shot at ranking. No vanity keywords you can’t win.
Content that answers
Written by people who read the top results and then write something better — with your experience and data baked in, because that’s what both Google and AI engines reward.
Link building
Guest posts, citations, and digital PR from real sites with real traffic. Five to twenty quality links a month depending on plan — never a link farm.
On-page optimisation
Titles, structure, internal links, and page intent tuned page by page. Small compounding wins that most agencies set once and forget.
Measurement
Search Console, GA4, and rank tracking wired together so every report shows movement against the keywords that matter — not averages that hide the truth.
How we choose keywords you can actually win
Most agencies hand you a spreadsheet of high-volume keywords and a prayer. We triage differently. First, buying-intent keywords where you have a realistic authority path — these fund the campaign. Second, question keywords your buyers ask before they are ready — these build topical authority and feed AI citations. Third, competitor-comparison keywords, because people who search “X vs Y” are days from a decision.
Volume matters less than winnability and intent. Ranking third for a keyword that converts beats ranking thirtieth for one that impresses in a report. Every keyword gets mapped to a specific page before any writing starts — cannibalisation, where three of your own pages compete for one query, is one of the most common silent killers we find.
The three parts of SEO, and which one you are missing
Most underperforming campaigns are strong in one area and absent in the other two. We run all three in-house, which is why we can tell you honestly which one is actually your bottleneck.
| What it covers | What happens when it is missing | |
|---|---|---|
| Technical SEO | Crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, architecture | Good content never ranks, because Google cannot read or trust the site |
| On-page SEO | Intent matching, titles, structure, internal links, answer formatting | You rank on page two for terms you should own |
| Off-page SEO | Links, citations, brand mentions, digital PR | You plateau — competitors with worse content outrank you |
What your reporting actually shows
Every report answers four questions in five minutes: what we did, what moved, what it produced, and what is next. Rankings against your mapped keywords, organic sessions and conversions from GA4, Search Console impressions and clicks, links earned, content shipped, and AI citation appearances on the plans that include them. Raw dashboard access if you want to dig deeper — we have never understood agencies that hide it.
Where you are starting from changes the plan
“SEO” means something different depending on the state of your site. We scope against reality, not a template.
| Your situation | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| Brand new site, no history | Foundations and topical authority first; realistic expectations set at 6–12 months |
| Established site, flat rankings | Technical cleanup and cannibalisation fixes usually move things within weeks |
| Traffic dropped after an update | Forensic diff against the update date, quality-gap analysis, remediation plan |
| Rebuild or migration coming | URL mapping and redirects planned before launch, so rankings transfer instead of dying |
| Strong brand, weak non-branded | The Quatro problem — keyword map and content clusters aimed away from your name |
The most expensive mistake we see is buying content when the problem was technical. The audit tells you which you have before you spend.
Not sure which of these describes you?
Send us your site and we will tell you which bucket you are in, and what the first ninety days should actually cost.
How it works
Month one to month six.
01
Audit & fix
Technical debt cleared and quick wins shipped in the first month, while research runs.
02
Build
Content and on-page work targeting your realistic keyword map, published on a steady rhythm.
03
Earn
Links and mentions accumulate authority. Months 3–6 are when rankings usually break through.
04
Compound
Winners get doubled down on, laggards get diagnosed. SEO done right gets cheaper per lead every quarter.
What you get, month by month
| What we do | What you see | |
|---|---|---|
| Month 1 | Technical audit and fixes, keyword map, cannibalisation cleanup | Quick wins land; crawl and index health restored |
| Month 2 | On-page work across money pages, content programme starts, schema added | Movement on lower-competition terms |
| Month 3 | Content publishing rhythm, first links earned, AI structuring | Rankings broaden; non-branded traffic begins climbing |
| Months 4–6 | Authority building, cluster expansion, doubling down on winners | Meaningful movement on commercial terms and enquiries |
SEO in India vs the USA: what actually differs
We run campaigns in both markets daily, and the differences are practical, not theoretical. In India, competition is thinner for professional-services keywords but Google Business Profile and Justdial-style directories carry unusual weight, and Hinglish search behaviour means keyword research cannot just translate American lists. In the USA, domain authority thresholds are brutal — page one for commercial keywords routinely demands DR50+ — but the long tail is deeper and searchers use more specific, higher-intent phrases. Same fundamentals, different force allocation.
Proof — Quatro Gymnastics
A gymnastics academy came to us relying on its brand name for traffic. After a full SEO rebuild, revenue doubled — and 85% of organic traffic now comes from non-branded searches: people who had never heard of the academy until Google suggested it.
What does it cost?
Our SEO retainers run from ₹25,000/month ($499) for Starter to ₹85,000/month ($1,699) for Scale — full tiers on the pricing page, publicly, because hiding prices behind a sales call wastes your time. Where you land depends on competition, content demand and speed. Be wary at both extremes: ₹5,000/month SEO is usually a rank-tracking report and directory spam, and agencies charging ₹2 lakh to small businesses are mostly charging for their own overheads.
Who this works for — and who should not buy it
We would rather scope you out than take money for something that will not work.
Strong fit
- You sell something with real margin and a repeatable buying process
- Your customers search before they buy — services, B2B, considered purchases
- You can wait 3–6 months for compounding returns rather than needing leads next week
- You can act on enquiries when they arrive
Poor fit
- You need leads this month — run ads while SEO builds, and we will say so
- You only serve one small area — local SEO is cheaper and faster for you
- You want guaranteed rankings; nobody can honestly sell you that
- You are unwilling to publish anything with your name and expertise attached
Questions
Everything clients ask before starting.
How long until SEO shows results?
Meaningful movement typically takes 3–6 months; technical fixes and low-competition keywords can move faster. We show progress data every report from month one, so you’re never wondering whether anything is happening.
Do you follow Google’s guidelines?
Strictly. White-hat only — no bought link networks, no doorway pages, no AI-spam content. It’s slower than shortcuts, but it’s why our clients’ rankings survive every core update instead of resetting.
What happens to my rankings if I stop?
They don’t vanish — the content, links, and fixes are yours and keep working. Rankings erode gradually if competitors keep investing and you don’t. That’s also why we don’t need lock-in contracts to keep clients.
Do you use AI to write content?
We use AI tools for research, clustering and drafts — then humans with subject knowledge rewrite, verify and add the experience that ranks and gets cited. Pure AI output is generic, detectable and increasingly filtered. Publishing it under your brand is a risk we will not take.
Can you fix a Google penalty or ranking drop?
Usually. We start with a forensic diff: what changed on your site, in your link profile and in the algorithm around the drop date. Manual penalties get a remediation and reconsideration plan; core-update losses get a quality-gap analysis. We will tell you honestly which you have before you commit.
Do I need SEO if I am running Google Ads?
Ads stop the moment you stop paying; SEO compounds. Run ads for immediate demand while SEO builds, then let organic take over your cheapest-to-win keywords and redeploy ad spend where organic cannot reach. We will show you the crossover maths for your market.
Who owns the work if we part ways?
You do — content, links, schema, Search Console, analytics, all in accounts you own from day one. No hostage-taking, which is part of why our retention is 94%.
