Social Media · LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook
Social that supports search — not vanity metrics.
We run social media with one rule: post things your customers actually want to see. Done that way, social builds the brand searches, reviews, and mentions that feed both Google rankings and AI recommendations — while staying a real channel for leads in its own right.
Why your social media is not producing business
Most business social accounts are busy and pointless. Posts go out, a few likes arrive, nothing reaches the sales pipeline. The usual diagnosis — “we need to post more” — makes it worse, because volume without a point just burns the person doing it.
What is normally missing is a reason for the audience to care and a route from attention to enquiry. Both are fixable, and both are things we run rather than train you to do.
| What is holding you back | What we do about it |
|---|---|
| Posting whatever is on hand that week | A monthly calendar built from what your buyers actually ask and search |
| Content nobody engages with | Formats matched to each platform, and to what your audience responds to in the data |
| DMs and comments going unanswered | We handle community management, with routing rules for real enquiries |
| No connection to your website or search | Content designed so brand searches rise, which lifts your SEO too |
| Reporting on followers and likes | Reporting on reach, clicks, leads and branded search trend |
| Founder invisible | Founder-voice programme, especially on LinkedIn, where it consistently outperforms brand pages |
Social does not work in isolation. Brand searches are a ranking signal, reviews reference what people saw socially, and AI assistants check whether a business looks active before recommending it — which is why we run social and search as one programme.
Quick self-check: is your social presence earning anything?
- You cannot name a single enquiry that came from social in the last quarter
- Posting stopped for weeks at a time this year
- Your last five posts were company news rather than anything a customer wanted
- Nobody is answering comments or DMs consistently
- You are on four platforms and doing none of them properly
- Your reports show followers and likes, not leads
Three or more and your social is a cost, not a channel. The free audit includes a read on which platforms are worth your budget and which you should abandon.

What’s included
What we handle, channel by channel.
Strategy & calendar
A monthly content calendar built around what your audience asks, seasonal demand, and your business goals — approved by you before anything posts.
For B2B and professional services: founder-voice posts, company page management, and the kind of consistent presence that turns profile views into enquiries.
Instagram & Facebook
Content designed for how people actually use each platform — reels and stories included — plus community management so comments and DMs get answered.
Design & copy
On-brand creative produced in-house. No generic stock templates that make you look like every other agency’s client.
Social-search synergy
Social profiles and content tuned to reinforce your Google and AI presence — profiles are among the sources AI assistants check first.
Monthly reporting
Reach, engagement, clicks, and leads — tied back to business outcomes, not follower counts.
LinkedIn for B2B and professional services
For anyone selling to businesses or practising a profession, LinkedIn is usually the only social platform that deserves serious budget. Founder posts outperform company pages by a wide margin, because people follow people. We run a programme built around your actual expertise: the things you explain to clients repeatedly, the mistakes you watch people make, the decisions you help them get right.
Boring niches are the easiest wins here. A logistics firm posting real operational insight builds more pipeline trust than any brochure, because the bar on that feed is so low.
Instagram, Facebook and the local consumer market
For clinics, salons, restaurants, gyms and retail, Instagram is where discovery happens and WhatsApp is where it converts. We build the content around the work itself — real jobs, real spaces, real before-and-afters where consent allows — because polished stock content reads as fake to a local audience.
Facebook still matters more than agencies admit for community-driven and older demographics, particularly outside metros. We will tell you honestly if it belongs in your mix.
The compounding loop between social and search
Consistent social presence drives brand searches. Brand search volume signals legitimacy to Google. Active profiles rank for your name and occupy your branded results page. Reviews and mentions seeded socially become the corroboration AI assistants check before recommending you. We have watched AI answers cite a business’s Instagram activity as evidence it is active and well-regarded.
Social is not a separate silo from search anymore. It is one of search’s inputs, and we run it that way.
What we would actually recommend for you
We would rather run two platforms properly than four badly. Here is roughly how we scope it.
| Your situation | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| B2B, SaaS, consulting | LinkedIn founder programme plus company page; everything else optional |
| Professional practice (legal, medical, finance) | LinkedIn for authority, Instagram for approachability, strict compliance framing |
| Local consumer business | Instagram-led with WhatsApp conversion, Facebook where the community lives |
| E-commerce and D2C | Instagram and Facebook with paid amplification; content built around products in use |
| Manufacturing and B2B industrial | LinkedIn only, aimed at procurement and technical buyers |
If your buyers are not on a platform, we will not sell you a presence there to pad a retainer.

| What we do | What you see | |
|---|---|---|
| Month 1 | Positioning, content pillars, platform decision, calendar built and approved | A publishing rhythm that starts and does not stop |
| Month 2 | Consistent publishing, community management running, first data | Engagement patterns emerge; we learn what your audience responds to |
| Month 3 | Calendar refined against the data, founder programme scaling | Reach and profile visits climbing; first enquiries attributable |
| Months 4–6 | Doubling down on what works, brand-search tracking, optional paid layer | Branded search trend rising — the signal that feeds SEO |
Platform strategy by market
In India, Instagram and WhatsApp dominate consumer discovery — a services business without an active Instagram increasingly reads as dormant — while LinkedIn is where B2B and professional-services trust is built. In the USA, add Facebook’s enduring grip on local communities and its review-driven culture. Everywhere, the founder’s personal profile outperforms the company page.
How social feeds search
Brand searches are a ranking signal. Reviews mention what people saw on your social. AI assistants check social profiles when deciding whether a business is real and active. Social done honestly isn’t a separate channel from SEO — it’s fuel for it.
What does it cost?
Social media management is scoped with your plan on the pricing page — typically bundled with an SEO retainer for businesses that want one accountable team, or quoted standalone once we know your platforms and volume. A two-platform local programme and a founder-led LinkedIn programme are different jobs, so we will not pretend one price fits both. You approve the calendar, you own the accounts, and reporting ties to business outcomes.
Who this works for — and who should not buy it
We would rather scope you out than take money for something that will not work.
Strong fit
- You have something genuine to say — expertise, craft, or work worth showing
- Your buyers spend time on at least one platform where you can reach them
- You can sustain a rhythm for a year rather than a burst for a month
- You want social that supports search rather than running separately
Poor fit
- You want viral growth — we do not sell that, and neither can anyone honestly
- You need leads next week; local SEO or ads will be faster
- Nobody internally can approve content or answer a DM
- You want AI-generated posts published under your brand — we will not do it
Questions
Everything clients ask before starting.
Which platforms should my business be on?
Fewer than you think. A B2B services firm usually needs LinkedIn done well; a local consumer business, Instagram and Facebook. We’d rather run two platforms properly than four badly, and we’ll tell you which two.
Do you use AI to generate our posts?
We use tools for research and scheduling, but your content is written and designed by people who know your brand. Audiences scroll straight past generic AI content — and posting it undermines the trust signals we’re trying to build.
Can social media actually generate leads?
Yes, with patience — especially LinkedIn for B2B and Instagram for local and lifestyle businesses. But we won’t promise overnight virality: the compounding value is a brand people recognise, search for, and trust when they’re ready to buy.
How many posts per week do we need?
Fewer than the gurus say. Three good posts a week sustained for a year beats daily posting that burns out in month two. Algorithms reward consistency and engagement quality, not volume.
Do you handle comments and messages?
Yes — community management is included, with response guidelines you approve. DMs asking about price are sales conversations, and treating them like tickets loses money. Complex enquiries get routed to you with context.
Can you run paid social too?
Yes — Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, priced separately with ad spend billed directly to you. We are Meta Business Partners, and we will be blunt about when paid social beats Google Ads for your market and when it does not.
We are a boring B2B company. Does social even matter?
Boring niches are the easiest wins on LinkedIn — the bar is low and buyers are starving for substance. We will show you comparable examples before you commit.
